In addition to Okemo Mountain Resort and Okemo Valley Golf Club, the couple own Tater Hill Golf Club in Windham, Vt., Crested Butte Mountain Resort, Colo., and they manage Mount Sunapee Resort, in Newbury, N.H.
The Facility:
Okemo Valley Golf Club is Vermont's first heathland-style golf course and was specifically designed with special attention to the traditions of the game. The championship 18-hole golf resort features a graciously appointed full-service clubhouse, Golf Academy Center, indoor practice facility, 18-acre state-of-the-art outdoor training center, fully stocked Pro Shop, and a fleet of Yamaha electric carts. The course features a fully computerized Toro Irrigation system.
Course Layout:
The championship 18-hole layout is a par 70 that measures 6,400 yards in length and features bent grass greens, tees and fairways with multiple tee areas on each hole, ensuring playability and challenge for all ability levels. Rolling hills, moderate elevation changes and wide fairways with well-placed hazards enhance the heathland layout.

Golf Learning Center:
The state-of-the-art, 18-acre, outdoor Golf Learning Center offers exceptional opportunities for practice and instruction. The 370-yard-long driving range features an 18,000 square foot public driving range tee and dedicated 13,500 square-foot golf academy tee. There are seven target greens, eleven greenside and fairway practice bunkers, four practice greens totaling 24,000 square feet, 120-yard pitching range, 3-hole performance course and all-shot teaching terrain.
Indoor Training Center:
Vermont’s most inclusive indoor golf operations and training center features a 12,000 square-foot facility dedicated to golf. Inclement weather isn’t a problem – the center is open year round. The 6,000 square-foot, indoor practice facility area houses a 700 square-foot practice putting green with two inches of natural curvature, swing stations and a computerized golf simulator. In addition, there is a fully stocked pro shop, lockers, changing rooms/shower, golf bag storage and equipment repair center.
Restaurant and Lounge:
Willie Dunn’s Grille is a full-service restaurant and lounge that serves lunch, dinner and cocktails. The restaurant is richly appointed in mahogany wood tones and expansive walls of glass allowing for views of the scenic golf course and Okemo Mountain. The outdoor terrace overlooks the manicured grounds and incoming play on the 18th hole.
